Gluten Free Items
At KoBa, we are committed to accommodating our valued guests with dietary preferences and restrictions, including those who require a gluten-free menu. All items with the GF symbol next to it on the menu, indicates a Gluten Free item. We take great care to follow best practices to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. However it's essential to note that our grills are used for both our regular menu items (which may contain gluten) and gluten-free items.
While we diligently clean and maintain our grills between uses, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Therefore, we advise our guests with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies to exercise caution when ordering from our gluten-free menu.
